The effort of increasing educational quality within NU educational institutions would always be focused on. In this case, the educational institution (LP) of Maarif NU would cooperate with French government.<br />

Vice Chairwoman of LP Maarif NU Dr. Sri Mulyati explained she had met with Dr. Dubois and Dr. Dominique Robert from Indonesia's French Embassy.<><br />
<br />
The lecturer at the Jakarta's Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University said that some programs including Islamic studies were in OK.<br />
<br />
"For considering the number of private high institutions, next the French Embassy would develop cooperation on education that is focused on private educational institutions having tertiary education institutions," she said. <br />
<br />
The programs set up by the French Embassy in 2008 are seminar, workshop, student and lecturer exchange studying religion, human and natural sciences.<br />
<br />
"For NU's tertiary education institutions what is likely necessary to plan is cooperation on increasing lecturers quality," she added. (mkf)
